This is mostly for women but I guess if a group of
men wanted to do it, I would recommend they “go for it”.
First the purpose is for women to come together to do
lucid dreaming(not sleeping). Find a place that can be free
of noise and interruptions. It must be large enough to
allow a group of women to lay head to head in a circle.
Set a time and always try to meet at the same time
each new moon. Each person is to bring a pillow, something
sacred to put in the center.
Place something to represent a small altar in the
center. It can be as simple as a candle and something
sacred from each person there. You may add stones or other
sacred objects if you wish.
Each woman may bring a small candle to place in the
center to burn with the altar candle. She will take this
home after and burn it on her own sacred space till it is
done. She will then place it in the ground or toss it into
a large body of water.
To begin, say a prayer. Then all lay down with
intent. If anyone has an issue they want answers to, they
may lay down with the intent and focus on that issue then
let it go and wait for the dream. At the end when everyone
has waken to their dream, all sit in a circle and anyone who
wants to share may.
During the sharing, no one asks questions or makes
comments. Each woman is just sharing and not looking for
criticism. This is to be seen as a very sacred thing. If
you want, you can have crayons or color pencils and paper
for all to sit in a circle and draw on the same, LARGE,
piece of paper images representing their dream. Save it for
later to look at.
